Decionis is built by a named team with decades of combined experience in trust-critical enterprise systems. We believe regulated institutions deserve a governance layer that works across every platform surface, workflow, and autonomous system.
Why we exist
The industry's answer to “should this agent act?” is a prompt asking a human. Anthropic measured that Claude Code users approve 93% of permission prompts. A separate 40,000-run study found people missed 1 in 3 genuine threats while clicking through.
That failure has a name — permission fatigue — and past a certain volume a human approving is not a control, it is a receipt for someone else's liability. We built Decionis to replace the prompt with policy-based gating: a deterministic control plane where the answer comes from policy your own team authored, evaluated before the action commits, with a person pulled in only when your rules demand one.
