Support for eBay Marketplace deployments is structured for enterprise operations and pilot execution continuity.
The Sell-API connector is production-tested against a live eBay seller account (OAuth consent, encrypted token exchange, and a read-only Fulfillment connection test all pass) and is deployed and marketplace-account-deletion compliant. It runs in shadow mode — observe plus a signed receipt, no holds — with guided-pilot onboarding while the eBay Application Growth Check is under review. Pricing follows the usage-based Defence, Premium, and Enterprise model at /pricing.
Response Targets
