When an agent asks to complete a checkout, Decionis re-checks the signature your business put on the terms against the checkout that actually arrived. If anything altered the line items, totals or currency in between, the completion is refused before policy is even asked. That check needs your public key — this is where you make one.

Signing keys are scoped to one organisation. Use a credential with a policy scope — deliberately not a decisioning one, so a key that can make decisions cannot install the key its own checkouts are verified against.
